G1 HD SDI Encoder is a HD video network encoding transmission product with high performance. KV-EC101A supports SD-SDI (270M) and HD-SDI (1.485G) digital video and audio input, decoding H.264 (High Profile/Main Profile/Baseline) for video and AAC or G.711 for audio.
G1 HD SDI Encoder supports SDI formats 525i (480i), 625i (576i), 720p, 1080i1080p (maximum 30Hz), supporting SDI embed audio or analog audio through external Line In (alternative).
G1supports dual stream encoding, main stream high up to 1080p@30fps / 720p@60fps, sub stream encoding is up to 720x576@30fps. KV-EC101A video encoding rate is adjustable between 512Kbps and 20Mbps,AAC audio encoding rate is adjustable between 16Kbps and 256Kbps. Under encoding bit rate 2.5Mbps, it could truly restore video with 1920x1080 resolution rate, no obvious visual damage.
G1has encoding delay less than 50ms. If cooperating with our KV-DC serial encoders, it could realize “encoding to decoding” delay less than 200ms in typical network environment. (The decoding delay of the third party equipment/software is related with specific product and technology.)
G1HD SDI Encoder is easy to operate and could use only with electricity by default. Through simple Web operation, KV-EC101A could conduct a comprehensive configuration and management for the equipment. G1 supports many transmission protocol like RTP/RTSP, RTMP, HLS, MPEG-TS etc., also compatible with ONVIF 1.1/2.0 and can integrate with recent popular streaming media server( like Wowza/FMS/RED5), NVR and video management platform. Through cooperating with KV-DC serial encoder or with the help of KV-EC101A API programming interface, it could also realize remote RS485 pass-through and two-way voice intercom function.
G1 HD SDI Encoder provides open source SDK, supporting Windows/Linux/Unix cross-platform compiling which could realize equipment’s management, video playing, video and other functions.
